The short version
Short-form video, ad creative and brand graphics, produced by the same people running the campaigns they appear in.
Creative made in isolation from the campaign is the usual reason ads underperform. Here the editor sits with the media buyer, so what gets cut is what the account needs.
What is included
Scope, plainly.
- 01
Short-form video
Reels, Shorts and story cuts edited for the platform's own pacing.
- 02
Ad creative
Multiple variants per concept, so testing is possible rather than theoretical.
- 03
Brand graphics
Social templates, posters and collateral that stay consistent.
- 04
Motion and subtitles
Motion graphics and burned-in subtitles, because most of it is watched on mute.
How it runs
What happens, and when.
Week 1
Direction
Formats, hooks and the look agreed, tied to the campaigns the creative will run in.
Week 2–3
Production
First batch edited and delivered, with variants per concept so testing is possible.
Month 2 onward
Iterate on data
The media buyer reports what held attention; the next batch is cut from that.
A good fit if
- Brands running paid social
- Businesses with footage they never use
- Teams needing volume, consistently
Tools we use for it
- CapCut
- Canva
- Midjourney
- ElevenLabs
- Meta Ads
Not a fit if
Brands wanting one hero film. We produce volume for testing — single showpiece production is a different job.
Better we say so now than after you have paid for it.
Questions
Asked often.
Do you shoot footage?
Usually we edit what you supply. Shoots can be arranged in Ahmedabad and are scoped separately.
How many variants per concept?
Enough to test properly — typically three to five cuts, because one creative tells you nothing.
Do you add subtitles?
Always. Most of it is watched on mute, so burned-in subtitles are part of the deliverable, not an extra.
