Google Ads & Performance Marketing

Paid campaigns run on real budgets, measured on what they return.

Judged on

  • 01

Cost per lead, tracked to a real conversion

  • 02

Conversion rate by campaign and keyword

  • 03

Return on ad spend for e-commerce accounts

The short version

Search, Performance Max, YouTube and Display campaigns built around a target cost per lead rather than a spend figure.

Paid media is the fastest way to find out whether an offer works — and the fastest way to lose money if nobody is watching the account. We set the account up properly, watch it weekly, and report cost per lead rather than clicks.

What is included

Scope, plainly.

  1. 01

    Account structure

Campaigns, ad groups and match types set up so the reporting is readable from month one.

  2. 02

    Creative and copy

Ad copy and creative produced and tested, not written once and left running.

  3. 03

    Conversion tracking

GA4 and conversion tracking configured properly — most accounts we inherit are measuring the wrong thing.

  4. 04

    Budget management

Spend moved toward what is working, with a monthly review of cost per lead.

How it runs

What happens, and when.

  1. Week 1

    Setup & tracking

Conversion tracking fixed first. Most accounts we inherit are measuring the wrong thing, which makes every later decision guesswork.

  2. Week 2–4

    Launch & learn

Campaigns live with deliberate tests, budgets kept tight while the account learns.

  3. Month 2 onward

    Scale what works

Spend moved toward what converts, with the losing half turned off rather than tolerated.

A good fit if

  • Businesses needing leads this quarter
  • E-commerce brands scaling spend
  • Anyone inheriting a neglected ad account

Not a fit if

Businesses with no budget for the media itself — management is separate from ad spend, and a token budget cannot generate signal.

Better we say so now than after you have paid for it.

Questions

Asked often.

Is the ad budget included?

No. Management is our fee; the media spend goes directly to Google or Meta from your own account, which you keep.

What is the minimum spend?

Enough for the account to learn — below roughly ₹30,000 a month the data is too thin to optimise on, and we would rather say so than take the fee.

Do I keep the account?

Yes. We work inside your ad account, so everything stays with you if we stop.

Let’s look at your numbers.
