Company

No surprises, by design

The same four steps on a small website and a six-month platform. Only the length of each changes — and you can see progress at every one of them.

01 — Understand

We learn what the business actually needs before anyone opens an editor. Most bad software is a scoping failure rather than a coding one, and the cheapest hour of any project is the one spent asking a better question.

For larger work this is a paid discovery phase that produces a written scope you own — usable with us or with anyone else.

02 — Shape

Designs, structure and a scope document you sign off. You see the shape of the thing while changing it is still cheap.

This is also where we agree what is out of scope, which matters more than what is in it.

03 — Build

Weekly progress on a link you can click, not a status report you have to believe. Nothing disappears into a black box for a month.

Changes are welcome and priced as they arise, so the conversation stays about the work rather than about the contract.

04 — Hand over

Code, repository, hosting, domain, analytics and documentation, all transferred to you. We train whoever needs training.

You should be able to replace us without drama. Building that possibility into every handover is the clearest signal we can give that we intend to earn the next project rather than trap you into it.
